“SKEEP Skateboard” refers to the brand, its website, and services. “User,” “you,” or “your” refers to anyone accessing or using our platform. “Products” refers to all items sold by SKEEP, including apparel and accessories. “Platform” refers to the SKEEP website and any related services.

Eligibility

By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree that all information you provide to is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Each user is permitted to create and operate only one account; any attempt to create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions may result in suspension or termination of those accounts. SKEEP reserves the right to refuse access, suspend accounts, or cancel orders if we believe a user has violated these Terms or provided false information.

Products and Orders

SKEEP Skateboard offers a range of products including apparel, accessories, and skate-related items, all of which are subject to availability. While we aim to keep our inventory accurate and up to date, certain items may sell out quickly, especially during limited releases or special drops. We reserve the right to limit quantities per customer, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, particularly in cases where we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse of the platform, or attempts to bypass purchasing limits. All product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to differences in display screens, production processes, or updates in design. By placing an order, you acknowledge that such variations do not constitute defects. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled after it has been processed. SKEEP Skateboard reserves the right to review and cancel any order if necessary, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock discrepancies, or violations of these Terms.

Pricing and Payments

All prices listed on SKEEP Skateboard are displayed in Naira and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. While we strive to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, cancel orders, or refuse transactions where incorrect pricing has been applied. All payments on SKEEP Skateboard are processed exclusively through a third-party payment provider. We do not accept direct payments outside of this platform. By completing a transaction, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the third-party payment provider in addition to these Terms. SKEEP Skateboard does not store or have direct access to your full payment details. You acknowledge that the third-party payment provider may apply additional processing fees or charges, and SKEEP Skateboard is not responsible for any such fees incurred during the transaction. Payment must be successfully completed through Paystack before any order is confirmed or processed. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

SKEEP Skateboard currently ships within Nigeria only, and delivery is limited to selected states. Availability of shipping to specific locations may change at any time without prior notice. Shipping fees may vary depending on the destination, size of the order, and courier requirements. In some cases, delivery costs may not be immediately available at checkout and will only be confirmed once the order has been processed and handed over to the courier. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that final shipping costs may be adjusted accordingly to reflect accurate delivery charges. SKEEP Skateboard processes and ships orders within a reasonable timeframe; however, delivery dates provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Shipping timelines may vary depending on location, courier services, and unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been dispatched, Risk of loss and ownership of products pass to you upon delivery to the provided address.

Returns and Refund

While all sales on SKEEP Skateboard are generally considered final once payment has been successfully completed, we allow returns in limited circumstances, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or sizing issues. To be eligible for a return, the item must be reported within [X] days of delivery and must remain unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging. SKEEP Skateboard reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. Returns will also be accepted where the fault is directly attributable to SKEEP Skateboard, including defective items or incorrect products sent. All return requests are subject to inspection and approval. If a return is approved, SKEEP Skateboard will prioritize a replacement where possible. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not available. Shipping fees are refundable where applicable; however, if the return is not due to a fault on the part of SKEEP Skateboard, you will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item and sending out any replacement.

User Conduct

By using the platform, you agree to act responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not misuse the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality. Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, interfere with operations, or exploit vulnerabilities is strictly prohibited. SKEEP Skateboard reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or legal measures, in response to violations.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the SKEEP Skateboard platform, including but not limited to logos, graphics, product designs, images, videos, and written materials, is the exclusive property of SKEEP Skateboard or its licensors. This content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise use any content without prior written permission from SKEEP Skateboard.

Limitation of Liabilty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKEEP Skateboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or purchase of products. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. All products are provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, except where required by law.

Indeminification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SKEEP Skateboard, its owners, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Copyright & Content Protection Notice

If you believe that any content on SKEEP Skateboard infringes upon your intellectual property rights, you may submit a notice to our designated contact. Your notice should include sufficient detail to identify the material in question, proof of ownership, and your contact information. Upon receiving a valid notice, SKEEP Skateboard will review the claim and take appropriate action, which may include removing or restricting access to the content.
